GutGutGoose is a personalised probiotics company that uses metagenomic DNA sequencing of your gut microbiome to formulate custom probiotic blends. Our products are compounded at a TGA-licensed facility on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, and our laboratory partner is the Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF).

GutGutGoose products are classified as complementary medicines under Australian regulations. They are not therapeutic goods intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

GutGutGoose is currently operating in beta. Beta participants may experience delays, limited availability, or service changes as we refine our processes. By joining our waitlist or beta program, you acknowledge this.
GutGutGoose operates on a quarterly subscription at $500 AUD per quarter (every 3 months). Each subscription cycle includes:
Every six months, we conduct a retest of your gut microbiome to evolve and optimise your personalised formula. Retesting is included as part of your ongoing subscription.
Your subscription is billed quarterly in advance. Payment is processed on the same date each quarter (or the nearest business day). All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.
We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Queensland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
